I've been sick to the point where I didn't feel like moving from the bed
I've been sick to the point where I was stuck in the toilet for 6 hours in a day cause of a bug
The second covid shot made my arms, wrists and fingers so swollen and painful that I couldn't even lift them

Point is, you can be sick enough to not feel like doing anything, even if that anything is something you like, like playing video games. Streaming is definitely harder than just playing games by yourself, since you have to entertain (tens of) thousands of people while also playing the game and, in this case, interacting with your collab partner.
