The question posed in the OP is incomplete. Objective best Vtuber... at what? There needs to be a metric to evaluate.
You can ask things like "Who is the best Vtuber at getting views?" or revenue, or subscribers, or total exposure.
But if you're asking who is the best Vtuber as in, who is the most enjoyable? Not possible to answer objectively. We can't measure human enjoyment appropriately, especially when the exposure is so lopsided. For all we know, the most enjoyable Vtuber is some 2view who does everything in their spare time.
But if you're talking most observable metrics? The answer is quite obvious. Annoying Orange is the best.
