I don't know what's written on their contract but that's one. And of course, the most obvious answer, giving talent the right environment or resources to grow.

Now let's talk about resources. I don't know if any of you guys study business or know anything about it so I won't blame you. But let me remind you, their talents are their biggest resources.

Management would draw a proposal and submit it to the producers, that's how it usually goes. Money won't be a problem just dedicated employees/managers. We have this cheat on business, called agreement on mutual benefit or situation gain value, in other terms collaborations. I wouldn't just collaborate, per se. But on this vtuber sphere, we already have talk shows and news outlets that are host by vtubers. They don't have mass subscribers but they have a great number of views and for a starting company, collaborating with them would be the best course of than an individual or another company.

Reina still hasn't found her stride yet. She loves streaming but has a hard time attracting new viewers that stick around. She works hard on her streams, streaming 37hours last week and changing her streaming time from 1PM EST to 8PM EST. But her viewcount stayed nearly the same. A few bumps during the room reveal, Apex endurance(especially the collab parts) and Henry Stickmin but nothing significant.
Atleast those viewers that tune in give her lots of support. 8 akas at a time where the stream has 43 viewers is a great ratio. Her GFE is working wonders on the monetary side.
The thing that will probably help Reina the most is that she is reaching out to a lot of other agencies. She interacts the most with the PRISM and Tsunderia girls and recently started interacting with PhaseConnect. So those collabs could help her get more viewers/subs.

After following them since debut, I find that the issues are both immense incompetence and extreme lack of transparency. Outside of what the talents themselves have told us in streams, we have 0 clue what they're up to as all they do is retweet stuff and pop into streams. Thankfully they've gotten a bit better according to past updates Nene has given us about Kchan helping out with promotion and such, other than that they've all been pretty much left to their own devices (ex. Nene commissioning all of her production related assests like art, BGM, etc).

Hopefully once gen 2 auditions end, they'll start getting more involved
