The accountability manager is going to be a very good thing for them. Arcadum forgot about Nyanners' character having Armor of Agathys up, a buff spell that deals automatic cold damage whenever the character is hit in melee. Arcadum hit Nyanners' character in melee at least once.

The boss was vulnerable to cold damage, and indeed, managed to kill one character, because the boss was surviving with just a few HP left. That character died for no reason. The boss should have died much earlier due to Armor of Agathys procs.

I saw a lot of Vei, Haruka, Silver and Snuffy, and they were all of at the top of their game.
