Haachama is the most powerful, but since a story with Yog-Sothoth as the main character is probably not that fun, Super Nenemax should be the protagonist, and Haachama the villain. You could even have the trope of Akai Haato being a somewhat weak party member who is revealed to be hosting the main villain.

I'd say Kanata will be able to hold a candle against the other talents. Gods? Multiversal entities? Nothing will survive her gorilla grip.

Haachama is just a schizo, Festival is the only and true all mighty.

But if we are talking about someone who is weak but can control a powerful person. That's someone like Pekora (idk if your pic is intentional or not) her member literally consist of:

5. Phoenix

Additionally, their story if the theme is action/shounen will be much more interesting rather than to see a powerful character alone.

Nene really is very goku-like in her power, she is extremely powerful but also extremely direct/simple in how she uses it. As such her biggest disadvantage is that she doesn't mess with the metaphysical stuff like time travel, dimension warp and such which is something Haachama is much better at.
In fully isolated no cheats allowed combat I think Nene is unbeatable, but in actual free for all battle she wouldn't stand a chance against Haachama
