The only things that can truly stop Haachama from doing whatever she pleases with reality are Sora (not because she's more powerful or anything, but because she was her idol back when there was only Akai Haato), Akai Haato herself (because she loves her twin sister despite wanting to kill her every 2 weeks. And in the COEXIST arc it was revealed that she let herself be 'killed' because she finds Haato's will to resist amusing) and the goodness in her heart.

All of EN only managed to stop her because EN is not her home territory.
