I'm not saying that multicoin shouldn't be a possibility, I'm saying that there needs to be a legitimate downside to multicoin trading to stop even more coin inflation. When was the last time you saw a completely new face enter the top 50? The current system is fine. Holos are a growing market, so it's natural that there's inflation.
What we need is some kind of a mechanic with a purpose to spend money on. Something that not only richfags can participate in. Top 20 already have their game in competing for the top spot. Top 50 can duke it out on the oshiboard. The rest have pretty much nothing to strive for other than looking at numbers grow.
That Risk idea sounded really interesting. That way trading can become a mechanic to acquire assets to dunk on rival oshis kingdoms that anyone can take part in.
PvP mechanics in general can really spice up the game.

It brings with it a change in the API, so the current autotrader as well as trading functionality in general will stop working if you don't hard refresh the page, as well as any scripts/ sheets that interact with the API. I'm also adding some documentation so we don't have people hammering the server with invalid requests if they decide to write new/ update their scripts. The purpose of the change is to minimize total requests by grouping the trades and doing them all at once rather than making several separate requests for every coin. Thanks

Honk's probably already gone to bed, but if you're still awake there's one final addition I'd really like to see added to the trader for QoL - the % a stock has gone up/down. It would be nice to see which stocks are still worth buying/selling without tabbing over to my profile to check.
For example at the time of this post Rushia is at -0.93% and has basically returned to equilibrium, so not much point buying more of her, but Calli is still -31.76% so despite being at 15k she's probably still worth buying.
Hololive was worth selling all day, but at +5.84% it's probably not worth continuing to sell it until 9AM adjustment.
Having all of this displayed next to the current price in the auto-trader (just a +/- % is fine, the actual value might be a bit larger) would be convenient.
