Kani Kanizawa, an Atelier indie from the UK, announced indefinite hiatus. She was friends with Rosemi's previous life and at least acquainted with Pomu. Rosemi still interacts with her on her NijiEN account.
Not the likeliest candidate because she gave a reason for her hiatus that doesn't involve reincarnation and promised to be back. Usually when chuubas go corporate they just avoid the topic since misleading your indie fans is kind of shitty and counterproductive. Still, probably as or more likely than Hana Flores.

They're both perfectly fine streamers imo. Hana never leaned into GFE she was just a pretty seiso streamer, and Lyrica might be an ESL but she can be entertaining in more languages than pretty much everyone that browses /vt/. And as others have said, Lyrica has been talking a LOT about Nijisanji recently, including basically just going "I'd love to join Nijisanji", while also heavily suggesting she's reincarnating somewhere and basically stating it isn't Hololive (and obviously the timing doesn't match there anyway).
I'd also take the fact that HoloID 1 has been talking more to NijiEN as evidence. I could see her telling them "Hey, talk to NijiEN more so when I reincarnate there it isn't as weird for you to talk to me all of a sudden".

I hate to talk about Holos in a Niji thread, especially dox, but I don't think that's proof. "Some people started commenting on and messaging me over an old tweet, so I deleted it and then locked my account" makes just as much sense if she's unrelated. Hana likes Coco and Marine from Hololive. She posted about them on twitter in May. After that there are no mentions of individual Hololive members, even during Coco's graduation. That more or less lines up with what I've seen on Rosemi's and Selen's previous life twitters with their Hololive and Nijisanji related likes being purged after a certain point.
Hana's genmates were also a bit more open about interacting with Nijisanji even though they mostly contain themselves to the startup contacts. Reina Sun replied to Elira and Rosemi this week and was in Elira's twitcast last night. That's about all the public interactions Kawaii had with NijiEN. Isla, who was a known Nijisanji fan in previous life, has been a bit more open about it on her corporate account. In 3.5 months after her debut she only followed Pomu and liked one of her tweets. In two weeks since Hana's graduations she liked some NijiID tweet, a NijiJP song release, and some Pomu tweets.

There is no point in retiring a chuuba for either the company or for the talent unless they are being contracted by some other company. If Hana found some lucrative IRL job and would be too busy to regularly stream because of it they could just put her on hiatus and get her to stream in some big events (see Sukoya). Kawaii doesn't lose one of its founding members and Hana can make pocket money by streaming for a couple of hours once a month. Everyone wins. She also framed her graduation in a way that suggested that she is moving on to something bigger. I doubt that it would apply to 9 to 5 accounting or something.
Now, she could have become a singer. I think that's unlikely. Maybe some flans can correct me, but from what I've seen she wasn't terribly interested in a career in music. She can sing but she didn't do a whole lot of archived utawaku or covers and in her graduation karaoke she was just fucking around at least half the time.
