Besides, gsg and sims/builders are cut from the same cloth, both are map painters that encourage an autistic obsession with detail and watching numbers go up. That happens a lot with everyone and every type of game. It's annoying to see someone who's new fuck up, but you just have to remember that they are new and to give advice instead of backseat. Think about Google now. What if the US government decided "FUCK IT, KILL EM ALL" and started marching upon the headquarters and killing random employees. Its somewhat unrealistic on earth, but the fact that its still possible means its a NEAR CERTAINTY it will happen once in space.

When we colonize space there will be different foods/fauna/gravity/atmosphere on planets we take over even if they're similar to earth. Won't that affect human bodies? Will we have unironic dwarf miners on High Gravity rock planets and tall skeleton elves on low gravity forests? At what point will there be a trait so distinct that the natural human can't help but dehumanize what once was human?

Or will humanity decide to be human supremacist and build technology like exoskeletons and whatnot that keeps us who we are.

See, that's more a question that falls under the purview of evolution. It isn't necessarily so cut and dry since for evolution to happen you need both mutation AND differential fitness. Humans are strange since unless you have people with a non beneficial trait reproducing less frequently than those with a beneficial one, the "beneficial" allele isn't going to be at any particular advantage in the population.
Of course the obvious work around here is that selection instead takes the form of artificially choosing people with those alleles to be sent out together on a ship, but even that's not really a guarentee.
What's more likely is that isolated populations of humanity will begin to express more pronouncedly the recessive alleles common to that population, and evolve neutral mutations that become prolific in the population that are entirely unique to that group of humans. All this will happen just through neutral mutations. See, not every change in evolution has to be an adaptation, sometimes random mutations just happen and stick along for the ride for no reason other than chance.

That's not typically how things work. Environmental conditions don't cause mutations to appear, they just act as a screen for determining if certain mutations that already exist in the population will become ubiquitous. That ubiquity is determined by whether or not individuals with the trait reproduce more than those that don't, and increase the prevalence of that trait in the next generation. Humans are weird because we have mechanisms to extend life for all but the most severe genetic conditions. There are examples of natural selection in humans, but they mostly involve things that we can't control, like disease resilience and traits that make women more likely to miscarry.
If anything the miscarriage part might make the most sense for the high gravity thing, since that provides a clear differential selective pressure that's mostly out of our medical control.
