It's not really a matter of them being better than indies or other companies, but they do have a lot more exposure and this makes it incredibly easy to keep track of, on top of the fact that Holos have a solid corporation backing up their plans and organizing concerts n shits for them. But you are right, there are plenty of less known chuubas that are far more talented. My suggestion here is to make threads about them, you may actually grow their following.
