Top tier clusterfuck in my opinion.

This is a plain high school cheerleader, nothing over the top. So why does it feel so unique? Is it the perfect outfit design? Her delicately crafted body proportions? Beautiful, one-of-a-kind eyes? The brilliant color choices that complement each other amazingly well? Her pretty side tail tied with a girly ribbon that gives out the youthful feeling of a young girl in her adolescent years? All of them. Natsuiro Matsuri is the product of a genius. And I'm not saying that because she's my oshi or anything. A simple yet memorable design like this is incredibly hard to pull off. This right here is proof that you can make a unique character design without cluttering it with flashy, exaggerated accessories.
