In my opinion keep it in first person. I'm not sure the difference of "I do this to you" vs "You do this to me" in this context, if the story is being told from the POV of Pekofag ("me"), you'll end up having to use both of those nonetheless. It's less about /self-inserting/ as (you), and more about living through the eyes of the one self-inserting.

That was me. Dropped because after deleting everything I had written several times (totalling around 3000 words) I lost motivation completely.

Reason for deletion was because it just didn't sound good. I tried writing it in Fubuki's perspective, then shifting to third person for anything involving the psychopath raping her.
I'm no good at dialogue, though, and first-person perspective of someone chained up and unable to actually do anything will inevitably be frequent monologues of personal thought.
