So far literally every single recently-graduated-indie-of-note people thought were gonna be Holos turn out to be Nijis. Also note, Niji is still putting together yet another gen with 4 members in it so this handful of people everyone keeps quoting? Are there four of them yet? It appears that all known NijiENs graduated not long before debuting, but, we know that on the other hand Cover DOES NOT force you to retire your current channel before starting, so it literally could be just about anyone and you will not fucking know, which makes the guesswork pretty pointless.

Holo sometimes will recruit a big name but they really are quite fine pulling diamonds in the rough like Ame or Ina. Irys is the exception, not the rule, and her being a somewhat ordinary / underwhelming pick, after all that fucking time searching for a vsinger, probably suggests strongly to Cover that they really don't need a big name to get big success.

I've seen kyOresu floated as a possible HoloEN2, both because of the sudden inactivity starting a few months back, the fact that she isn't an indie chubba, She also helps fill in an interesting slot as a Ru/Esp speaker, both which are markets that have shown some interest in Hololive. She'd be similar to Mori in this case, where an indie music maker joins Hololive despite having 0 streaming experience.
