The same happens whenever a JP speaks English, and it really only takes a couple hundred people to turn a chat into a sea of something, even if slowmode is on. Though I will admit she does have a significant Japanese fanbase. Even still, bar some exceptions, the main live audience of a stream is the same as their main language.
