Gura and Ame have tons of chemistry together. As far as your question goes, they don't hate each other but just seem unenthusiastic especially compared to JP's. They don't have those same bonds and just seem to clock in everyday and be done with it. I don't even know if they regularly chill with each other off-stream but it sure doesn't look like it.

The work place the En girls are in breeds this American taught hatred because it's all about numbers and views. You can gain more be putting down your coworkers, as it slows them down and speeds you up. You can see an example of how thehatred works when looking at Kiara. Kiara literally doesn't have the American breed hatred in her, which is why she does all these collabs and fun people events. What does she get out of this ? As much as people talk about Americans being fake and artificial, when it comes to social interactions the West is much more individualist, people are much more used to just not "having" to be friends. Also, that does kind of dovetail into another distinction between JP and EN, which is that JP just comes across as much more professional. EN definitely have some talented streamers, but the JP branch gives off much more of a "we will do our jobs and put up a good front for the audience no matter what", and I just don't get that vibe from EN.

Holo EN just lives too far from each other and interact mostly on streams or through discord, as much as they can try it's hard to have a proper friendship this way. Japan is a tiny island and like 1/3 of population lives around cyberpunk megacity of Tokyo so it's relatively easy for all this creators (not just chuubas but streamers, utaites etc.) to actually know each other and hang out irl that's pretty unique and hard to emulate in the West or pretty much any other part of the world, EN gen 2 if anything might be even more scattered although I'm sure they are aware of this problems and would like at least some of the members to already know each other.
