Ive been thinking about this and I think the answer is to have streamers that have women as the target demographic. It doesn't seem like any streamers do and if the fanfiction/truecrime scenes are anything to go by it isn't like there aren't women willing to spend too much time online, they just aren't doing it /here/.
The economy is way smaller for anime girls targeting men.
