Even if Nijisanji's livers are working hard, can we say that about the people behind the scenes? The liver who couldn't follow the rules was dropped, despite her popularity, because the company couldn't put in the work to tardwrangle her. If she wasn't worth keeping, they wouldn't have held onto her for 5-6 weeks before firing her...yet she wasn't worth giving additional oversight to help her comply with the rules.
Someone like Gura hardly seems to stream, and yet Cover is still finding opportunities her to make an impact, and is still promoting her. We may not see her working hard by streaming on a regular basis, but we can see the work put in to keep her relevant.
If Niji backed up their livers with as much hard work as Cover puts into their talents, Niji wouldn't be in the situation they're in now.
