I wouldn't call her "boring", but I must say that she (and her streams) has too little energy for my taste. It's not really a matter of streaming games or talking in JP, it's just how she carries herself. Watch her streams yourself (well, admittedly, I've only watched 4 of her streams, but the most recent was her cooking one so I doubt my impression is too outdated), and you can see a lot of small awkward silent moment.
I don't really need her to fill her streams with laughter like Selen. I don't need her to be as hyper as Ollie. I don't even need her to be at middle ground (energy-wise) throwing dorky jokes around like IRyS. She can chill - but her streams will be much better (IMO) if she avoids being quiet that frequently. Just... do something or make some noises to fill those few seconds (for example, simply humming here and there would do to). For example, Lamy's streams are comfy as hell and most of her streams are either zatsudans or semi-zatsudans (although she indeed has been playing more games in the last two months), but those are hardly boring since she virtually constantly talk about something.
Of course, Petra is free to stream however she wants. However, if you want people to stop calling her "boring", addressing that issue would work wonder.

She might have gotten some flacks for singing mainly in JP until her unarchived karaoke stream (which was filled with English songs), but at least she mainly communicated with her viewers in English

Her last two streams were great and she's getting the hang of it. She's relaxing a bit, and it immediately reflected on how she carried herself. Just yesterday we got her cake eating stream, an impromptu piano performance and a bit of singing. It was a fun, enjoyable experience and the penguin is slowly but surely getting the hang of it.
