Bottom intake is less than half as effective as front intake. Also it's that retarded top mount PSU design so your board is flush with the bottom of the case and it's going to be a pain to put fans there. It being up there also crowds the already suffocated rad.

Overall it's just a bad design. Either protrude the front with side vents or just stick with the standard top mount up/down rad, or both, and keep the PSU at the bottom. Either of these solutions sacrifices almost no aesthetics.

Most PSUs today give off hardly any heat run at nearly room temp, the fan hardly even turns on on most. This is like saying your HDDs are going to cook your GPU. Also the concept of 'heat rises' is largely irrelevant when you introduce airflow.

Literally just wipe the front with a dirty t-shirt once a month. Dust will find it's way into any case, it's actually easier to clean on meshed cases. Your best defense against dust is positive pressure, elevation, not having carpet, etc.
