At a typical company they'd probably appreciate the honesty around an answer that points out that Gura's success is contextualised by being the right person in the right place at the right time. That it's impossible to create the same conditions that led to her rise. But that you have skills, have a plan for content style and a consistency that will appeal strongly to the streaming audience or other niches. You'll be successful, relevant and hungry enough so that you're primed to seize big opportunities when they come your way.

But I assume Nijisanji just wanted to hear that you are willing to work yourself to death and not complain about being treated like shit. Some shit like, the Nijisanji platform is unparalleled in the vtubing sphere and I know that if I dedicate every part of myself to making Nijisanji successful, we can overcome Gura.
