I had a lot of fun with this stream, but the failure was a foregone conclusion. It was a rapid-fire chain collab with the same people she had been collabing with weekly for the better part of a year. Anyone watching the stream would have been subbed for months already. If she had girls from myth, promise, or hell, even ID or JP call in, I think she would have seen a lot more new subs. I suspect she was going to do everything here already to lead up to the song, but decided at last minute to try bolt on the sub goals, and it just came off as a bad look.

Sure, they are the newest of EN, but Identity wise. But they are attempting to fill niche that are either fulfilled by someone else, or no longer looked for.
a large drought has filled the airwaves, and not many are seeking to watch the same vtubers if they don't entertain them. Singing is one thing, Entertainment can be completely different if done right.

Identity crisis hits too hard sometimes. Fuwamoco are the "Twins". Bijou is the hard gamer.
Shiori is the adorkable and in some cases have completely different fans. Nerissa tried to leech off success of others, only to overshadow herself whilst doing it. Her family got more traction, she put herself in the shipping trap that Kiara did in the beginning. She can either accept growth may take much longer, or go the ouro kronii route, and start becoming menhera or branch out and alienate whatever semblence of unicorns that still watch her in an attempt to gain new allies, who are also limited. However, some may consider this a betrayal, just like Fuwamoco may have had happen. Its a tightrope, but its a shame. The rest of EN have had this issue for the longest time, they have no idea how to grow without collabing, or just doing something they may fail.

You can tell by Nerissa's first cover and her lore what her character was meant to be, and Shiori fucked her over because she had to be a Do-it-all Be-it-all member who does her job better than Nerissa.
