I guess it's a case of do you want:

There's a soft middleground where you can use voice-to-text + translation services, having Spanish and Russian subs could help out there given she has large communities in both languages. It is rarely perfect, but most times it gets the message across, especially in those languages which are generally easier to translate to, Russian less so but still a bit better than a lot of other languages with respect to English translations.
It's an issue I know of in regards to some multi-lingual Japanese and Taiwanese streams I watch. I still feel weird posting English in their chats even when they fully understand it, because they tend to main those languages respectively. I try to limit it and use some common phrases in each language. Some people get autistically weirded out when they see / hear another language. I have never understood that.
