It could be hundreds of things, and going by how much support and help management have given the talent I highly doubt they are stopping them. You can clearly see from how they run their streams and the content they push out that the talents are rather free.

I would just guess that some talents think they need to provide members-only content for the tiers they want to push out. Can't charge $30 with no solid plan (at least I'd hope so).

I think a $5 only tier while they sort this out with just emotes is a better idea than waiting but that's just me.

Never watched any Prism Project before and somehow stumbled upon Luto's pokemon unite stream not knowing what to expect.

If you watch her streams her MIC is fixed, she just isn't used to using it, having it so close her to mouth so it doesn't pick up her quiet voice at times. It's what happens when you make people buy gear that isn't really suited for them.
Meno needs a more general use MIC with a larger pick-up pattern so it doesn't need to be right next to her mouth all the time.
