It adds phial explosions to your sword swings and gives you Mind's Eye. The reason you would do it is if you need Mind's Eye or if the monster you're fighting doesn't give great openings to axe mode.

The sword charging is an attack itself and can be used for very specific openings that only last a specific amount of time that would make a sword charge the optimal choice.

Persona has been suggested a dozen times already and she already said multiple times she doesn't want to because it's not stream friendly to play super story/dialogue heavy long JRPGs. Long JRPGs almost always flop in hololive and you end up with half your normal viewership (especially on like "part 7" or whatever, and if you missed any of the previous 6 parts you're totally lost on the story so people don't bother tuning in), which no streamer wants.

This is their job first and foremost. Even for a girl like Biboo who focuses mostly on having fun, she still has said she wants things like a million subs and she wants as many pebbles to enjoy her content as possible. So losing a bunch of viewers wouldn't make her happy.

Besides she said herself she can and will play them off-stream instead like FF7R.
