Honestly I think Mint/Pomu already applied for and got accepted to Holo mid to late last year between when she pulled the trigger on leaving Niji and when she actually left, but EN4 isn't debuting until late this year/early next year so she has a lot of time to kill. All of these things she attributed as shit reasons to work for a Corpo, and sure, some of them are kurosanji related like ineffective management and having to pay out of pocket, but they're still major hurdles she would have to go back to when she's said, over and over again, she does not like operating that way because it's asking her to shoulder the strategic planning of anything she wants to do outside of her friend circle. And she does not plan very well.

That's why most people who have been following her are happy she's out of corpo and don't want to, by any means, make her feel she needs to go back. Let her pick up and play It Takes Two with her airheaded friend on Tuesday before playing Helldivers on Wednesday. You don't see hololive doing the same thing.

The problem is nijisanji has just as much corpo autism as hololive but no actual fucking management to process it or clear consistent rulebook to follow. Its effectively the difference between having to fill 2 forms out at some dreary admin building one afternoon, and having to fill a form out, mail it, wait 6-8 weeks get a form back that may or may not be correct mail it again for another 6-8 week wait and potentially hear back that actually whatever you wanted to do isn't happening now or the rules have changed start over.
