Yeah I think that the Dawntrail benchmark I downloaded cannibalized them when my computer rebooted after the power loss since they were in similar folders. I don't know if that makes any sense but it's all I could come up with.

I just had a really weird idea for a Korone game. Here's the description:

The game definitely needs some changes to make the RNG more fair.
The easiest way to fix this issue is to allow a secondary slot that defaults to the yubi pistol, or even allow the previous weapon to take up its place. That way, the weapons still cycle without letting the player rely on one broken weapon.

A better fix would be to change how progression works.
Having to pick up weapons as a point of progress is detrimental to the learning curve. How do you expect the player to learn if the goal is to keep changing them? The gameplay loop then becomes a mad dash to reach 10 weapon pickups to see if you got good RNG when the boss spawns.
I'm not going to offer up a solution to this in case the developer is reading, but looking at their social media account shows that they already moved on to work on a Bullet Hell Miko game. That game looks way better than this "Nuclear Throne" test demo. (The dev confirmed that it was the inspiration for this fan-game)

Besides, I heard that the developer of Nuclear Throne is known to be a terrible piece of shit.
I hope the Korone Box dev doesn't take up anymore inspirations from him because Enter the Gungeon is way better.

Hello friends. I've decided to start my Japanese learning journey today and was looking at Okayu as a pretty good goal to aim for, in regards to watching her streams to test my abilities once I start to feel more comfortable with the language. Realistically, how long would it probably take before I could comfortably watch a stream without getting lost if I were to practice daily?

You'd definitely start seeing progress in as few as a couple weeks though, if you focus on basic conversational stuff; grammar and conjugations. If you learn the hiragana and katakana, writing them like when you were little kid learning your ABCs, break into 5 a day and write them until you have them memorized move onto the next five etc. etc. it'll help you understand the phonemes you're looking for. I've been watching Okayu for my Japanese immersion reps and I've just finished her Getting Over It playthrough. She's very patient, way more then I could've ever been. I've not noticed her actually getting mad at any point. I enjoyed it very much.
I think I'll start watching her playing Elden Ring next. That playthrough is a few times longer than the one I've just finished, so I'll have a fun with it for a while.
