I guess the misunderstanding here is that that guy expected the HoloEN audience to be the same original EN Hololive audience that watched JP streams and enjoyed JP content. In that sense it isn't wrong, Fauna probably appeals the least to that audience out of everyone in EN (pre Advent), considering that even Kronii and Mumei had their own arcs with JP girls like Polka or Towa.
