Mori's talked before about how when Myth started there were no sempai, not a lot of help from management, and way too much growth. So since then she's always made an effort, especially behind the scenes, to support all of the new girls every chance she's gotten. Mococo has indirectly also said before that Mori's been one of her favorite Vtubers. So she's probably been absorbing as much Mori time as she could.

It's also worth considering that even outside of Holo; tons of female Vtubers who have debuted over the last year have sited Mori as a big inspiration. Whether anyone wishes to acknowledge it, I think that Off With Their Heads really ended up having it's intended effect. So many folks got up off their asses and started creating because their Mori said so. Hell, even though we've only heard a small snipet of it, even Bae tried to do a cover of it.
