For example, Hololive ""copied"" niji by debuting male vtubers. But the Hololive approach keeps the male vtubers in their own branch and applies stricter content standards so it's not just a bunch of gross sex jokes.
Companies can move into a market space and provide a unique spin that gives them their own competitive edge. The way hololive approaches the volume-market that Niji is in will be a different brand and have different methods, but probably the same basic model overall.
