Despite her mellowness, she's very touchy and huggy in person. Offcollabs supercharge her a lot and you can tell when she's back home and still pretty wound up for like a week.
How absolutely passionate she is for art. It As always fun to hear her talk about the art books she owns, having her geek out over character designs, or even getting hype because she recognizes a Holoparent's style.

She's an insanely fast and accurate reader, and her memory for names is eerily accurate.
She can always keep up with two relatively quick chats running simultaneously while also playing games at the same time.
Sometimes she even reads and reacts to her collab partner's chat on top of this just because she can.
If you say something and Sayu does not respond, it means she likely chose not to respond, rather than her actually missing anything. Also she will remember you even if you only typed in chat twice in like 3 months.
