Extremely limited dataset. It seems the autotagger didn't get the hood, or maybe it was tagged as a headdress, I haven't checked yet. The reason why I haven't made sure is because it already gets the eyes wrong half the time so I want to figure that out before anything else. Anyone have any luck with heterochromia on SDXL? I have another config with a higher learning rate that seemed to work very well with omocat and Mako but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do. Would removing all eye color tags help? In my brief experience with removing tags or some things not being tagged, it has pretty much just resulted in the unet doing whatever it wants even with an activation token that would supposedly inherit untagged details.

I am considering renting an A40 for a couple hours to quickly run through at least the character loras I have queued up. In total I have 97 loras I'm at least mildly interested in porting/finishing for pony

It's this thing. I think idea of this is like what Dall-E does, takes your prompt and then reorganizes and adds to it. From my testing unlike upsampler which did something similar, this one actually just adds to you prompt rather than changing, usually makes for better compositions.

Big step up from my current 1h20-1h40m loras that I train for 2000 steps. As someone who occasionally uploads to Danbooru, I would say an important thing to remember about Danbooru is that approvers are instructed to approve things they personally like. Disinterest is a perfectly acceptable disapproval option. That means characters they actually know have a better chance of getting approved then characters they don't. The fastest things I've ever gotten approvals on have all been Gura art. If they don't know a character then the art is entirely gauged by it's own artistic merits.
Smaller vtubers having less artists to draw them means that an uploader has less choices to choose from if they want to see that vtuber on Danbooru and so a lower chance of any piece of art getting approved.
Also, I would say small western vtubers tend to be uploaded pretty often because uploaders on Danbooru are overwhelmingly western and so are more likely to know an English speaking 2view then a Japanese speaking one. Or at least I'm always seeing new wikis created for western vtubers.

Yeah basically, makes it easier to pinpoint tags needed for some comp you want (let's say you want an image with a convenient censor banana, you put convenient censor and banana and the llm takes care of the rest to get that gen) so it makes 2girls a bit easier but not perfect (Mostly cause it wasn't built for it and I am forcing it kek).

Was on some partially conscious shenanigans last night that went about prompting an image, then using that prompted image as a canny controlnet for the same or slightly tweaked prompt, and somehow produced pic related. I can't quite seem to figure out what actually creates this kind of analog depth anime effect though. Messing with the quality tags seems to have some effect but I can't seem to get it consistently. Soup is a bit of a goopmodel
The base model is VT-OtangeCreamyPesto, which is a mystery mix some anon postet well over a year ago and which in my tests have always been the most radical model compared to others, so you kinda have to use that for the base.
Then four Lora's are baked in to make it into soup:
Disco Elysium at0 .45
Cyberpunk 2077 Tarot Card Style at .035
Houtengeki at 0.55
Moto Murabito at 0.25

If you just want the model it should be linked in the OP, but if you want to reverse-engineer it then good luck, I never really knew myself what OCP contained.

I tried applying the same Lora combo on other models but it never looked the same, so the base model is pretty important.

With sdxl in general it's a little more complicated than "less is more" but I try to stick to that if possible. You can certainly have stupid simple prompts with and get amazing results but on the other hand if you want something specific you're probably going to have to be specific. There's also some dumb stuff like a lot of vtubers will only work properly if you also include their agency or "indie virtual youtuber".

I would recommend if you haven't, disable the built-in "Add Quality Tags" and "Undesired Content Preset", try a really simple prompt and see what you get. Add in some quality and aesthetic tags, maybe even add in "sketch" or "flat color" in prompt or undesired to get a feel for what they change and what you like/dislike. I found it gives a better idea of how your prompts are actually affecting the output and what control you have. Then you can get into more advanced stuff like SMEA and guidance rescale.

My dataset is not much different from yours. I just pulled some of her images from twitter and then deleted a bunch. And iirc I had a lot of issues with the ribbon turning into a key on 1.5 and other stuff like that but as I don't care about accuracy it worked in the end with low lr and big accuracy loss.
