The only things I see brought up consistently are that corpo talents don't own their IP so they "die" if they quit/get fired, the perms autism, and bad management. Hololive doesn't have a lot of the latter right now but that was less true three years ago when VShojo got started, they genuinely had a lot of issues early on that have improved over time, Nijisanji on the other hand has seemingly gotten even worse.
