Teams seem even more balanced this time around, but it does also seem that the tournament is going to be more focused on players carrying because of it. Gorilla's team seems strong on that aspect since if you're going for having a carry he's probably the single individually strongerst player. As far as full teams go, i'd bet on Meika and Leona's team, they're well-distributed. I think Noa, Astel and Izuru are the ones being weighted down the most by their teams.

I haven't watch much Choco Apex lately, but she has the drive to play the game, something a lot of lower skilled players don't have. The problem is that she's mostly aimless (no pun intended) and doesn't know where to improve, so while she can become a good player this way it would take WAY too much time since she doesn't know a lot of the small details that separate good players from bad players. Maybe with Astel giving her directions she'll become a much better player in the future, but I wouldn't count on her popping off this tournament. Not that I'm expecting it to happen anyway, as long as the team has fun and opens up for more tourney collabs between the branches I'm happy with whatever result they get.
