Well after being in a Japanese ran corpo I can say they're retarded. If something goes wrong they demand an immediate change within a day or two. Due to a hastily done reaction, they just set up a system that falls apart within a week and in the future the same action they want corrected occurs again because they wanted a quick fix and then forgot about it. Or don't heed employees that find something wrong and wait until there's consequences that management actually has to face instead of shifting it to their workers. There's also a blame game. Something happens and they have to find that person and reprimand them even if the person isn't intentionally trying to disrupt anything. With that you can kinda see where Zaion and Selen's termination letters come from.
