This bitch cannot be real. I have PCOS and I used to be overweight but you know what happened? I realized I wanted to have children someday and not die at the age of 30 from being overweight. I began working out and watching what I ate and even became a personal trainer. I still deal with PCOS but it doesn't add 500 pounds to my body just because I have it, eating shit food and not moving your fat ass is what adds 500 pounds to your body. The amount of clients I have who complain about PCOS or some other "incurable illness" infuriates me to no end and I can't believe how many times I had to tell them to their face that I also have PCOS and how it makes it hard for me as well but I'm not a quitter who threw in the towel to eat more Maccas and sit on my lazy ass all day.

The problem with being fat is that it almost always makes you stupid too. There are very few bodies that are made to be capable of functionally normally while overweight, and even those would benefit from slimming down. The vast majority of humans were never meant to be fat, and it WILL tax your brain's overall performance, including things like memory and mental clarity. Even long after you've slimmed down, your brain will never fully recover, especially if you were fat during your formative years. That's why I propose all fat people be considered special needs and underage, also at risk of suicide by overeating. They need to be put into psych wards where they're tardwrangled by people trained to deal with them, and when they've slimmed down enough to leave they need to be under constant supervision of a legal guardian, preferably someone who similarly has training, and who can act as a legal guardian for any fat people contracts, assets, etc.
It's time to face reality and deal with these people the same way we deal with other mentally deficient people, psych wards and tardwrangling.
