If basically every girl but Finana, Aia and Reimu is decently popular and has fans that monetarily support them, despite the Kurosanji branding, then the problem lies with Rosemi, not what other people do.

Truth is that Rosemi was good at beung a friend. She would always get numbers with her collabs and being around others.
Then things started to go wrong and became more and more toxic. You would see her with Pomu and Selen, now both leave and she tries to boost herself at Tekken and bombs badly.

The only hope for Rosemi's career is for her to get out of there before she's irreparably tainted or they do to her what they did to Elira. This company's management is clearly willing to throw talents under the bus at the drop of a hat to deflect blame from itself, and it's only a matter of time before they get someone killed, one way or the other. Rosemi's career, or Rosemi herself, may very well be the next victim of NijiEN.
