For number 4 VShojo hasn't made it public but it's pretty easy to infer the two things they actually care about.
1. Full time streamers. Regardless of what their schedule pans out like they want people who don't have any secondary job or something that would affect their ability to be a member of VShojo
2. People who have no friction with current members + are approved by all of the people currently within the group.

Obviously this means someone like Sayu isn't ever getting in. Until we hear otherwise everyone's just assuming that Mata and Sayu don't get along, but you also can't forget that Sayu's collabed with people like Parrot who's collabed with and pushed some really anti Froot shit. Sayu's bridges are burned in multiple directions in terms of joining VShojo, regardless of who is still willing to collab with her.
