Skip the debut stuff. Get to first sketching a character that suits you. Make a plan for what you want to achieve with your stream and what content you would enjoy making. Either invest in live2D and let someone create the character you made, or get Vroid and do it yourself/commission. You're a girl so things will be alot easier on some parts. Good luck!

i drew my own live2d model and having soneone rig it, i think its coming along pretty nice but its not a very detailed rendered character. i dont mind though, it beats spending $200+ for a model

Do you have 24 hours of solid content clips yet? Minimum requirement, right there. Please don't underestimate how important having a good design is.
In a market already saturated with indies, first impressions are key. How you look is what will make people want to give you a try.

Just fucking do it if you want to do. It's a big market, so chances are you'll fail anyway
