I'm not sure what sort of counter-programming they will try to run, if any. They'll only have one hour to counter Doki without also countering Rosemi, so it's probably not gonna be Elira's return stream, nor Vox's first solo stream in nearly three months -- unless it's another black screen video, and one or both of them are in it; or if management doesn't care that going over one hour in their attempt to mog Doki will result in them mogging Rosemi, or if they intend to hamstring Rosemi just to spite Doki.

Removing it would be tantamount to admitting that management had erred in allowing it to air in the first place. Niji EN management is deathly allergic to accountability, and to the concept of admitting having made a mistake (or at least they seem to think they are)
There are only three ways that video will ever be taken down:

1. Riku personally orders Elira and/or management to take it down
2. Elira gets Yugo'd or terminated, and that video (along with all the others on her channel) is set to private
3. Youtube itself deletes her channel for whatever reason

And even #2 is not guaranteed, since they might leave just that one video up specifically to hurt her future career prospects (if they decide to Zaion her)
