The contract is completely invalid if she does anything outside of a JP corpo because parts of it is literally unenforceable and illegal in the US. If she wanted to join one, that is a different story and would depend on what kind of lawyer she or that Japanese company would be able to hire that would be able to nullify that contract given some parts are even questionably legal in Japan.
