For Holofes 5 they used halls 4-8 from Makuhari Messe which is around 33,750 m^2. For the concert they used halls 1-3 which is 20,250 m^2.
Saitama Super Stadium doesn't have exhibition halls, you need to reduce the seats from 37,000 to 22,000 to free only 7,500 m^2, which is worse than Makuhari Messe.
The trick is to find a venue big enough to fit both the exposition and the concert.
