Singing is certainly something she’s passionate about, it’s a big aspect of her personality. For myself, I started watching her because of clips from her streams showing how she interacts with others, chat included. From those it was easy to tell how kind and considerate she is. I don't think that Nerissa is under any obligation to tweet anything about what she is currently doing, frankly. In principle, at least. Honestly, would do her a lot of good to stop being social media dependent. Let her experience Japan, it's not like we don't know where she is or what she is doing. This isn't a disappear for months without streaming or tweeting anything situation.
That being said, however, her silence yesterday has been deafening. I think it would have been better if she just never promised any Twitter spaces to start with. Keeping our eyes on Twitter has only led to disappointment and concern. It just sends mixed messages about what we should expect from her. Just tweet that you aren't able to do anything right now, and that would be fine. Disappointing for sure, but it is what it is. Like others said, many were convinced she was flying home only for Kiara to tweet that she was still in Japan at the time. You don't have to tell us your daily schedule or every single interaction you've had, but say anything as to why the lack of spaces or what happened with the collab. Let us know if you're still alive, at least.

Not indifference, but a lack of concern. Maybe she just wants to enjoy whatever she is doing in peace. As I said, ordinarily I think that's fine, I don't think people in her position should be obligated to live tweet their lives to this extent, but mentioning that it may be even on the table was a mistake on her end. I get it though. I opened Biboo’s stream tonight as some white noise while I was doing other things. Several hours passed by, realized she was still streaming, and I had the thought, “so, that’s what this is like?” More importantly, I will say that none of us know what Nerissa is like day to day. She’s shared a decent amount about her personal life, but not enough to truly understand what’s really going on. Obviously this is frustrating for some, but venting in here about it or even on twitter will probably not get the outcome you wish for, which is more Nerissa.

Problem is, people go about as up and down as she is implied to be doing, heaping praise one moment and then negbombing the next like paranoid schizophrenics. Acting like its just been completely dry for months when the very reason people want her to do more is not because there is nothing, but when she starts cooking, she really cooks with funny stories, good songs, or having entertaining guests.

Things that she has had in these past few weeks. I do my part to encourage when those things happen so she feels like people want more content from her so she isn't recoiling back in streams second guessing herself for no reason, which causes her to overthink and get stunlocked. People getting pedantic over Japanese pronunciation is most likely the cause of her overthinking song choices or stopping adding Japanese bits to voice packs to avoid embarrassment. Legitimately, despite how she looks, I think she may have thought her singing Cruel Angel's Thesis was bad. Whereas the Mariya Takeuchi or Marine songs were no jitters whatsoever because she is so familiar with them.

I ain't saying always shine sunlight up her ass, but acting like the sky is falling when we don't see her for a day is just worrying. We'd have a great week where its back to back either nice chats or long Stardew stuff or both, and then one meh game and people are ready to throw in the towel. If anything, if she ran off what people wanted coming from here, the only thing we'd ever have is zatsus. I don't think people are going up and down, but I'll only speak for myself. I'm back to feeling how I felt before last week. The quality of her content has been trending down recently, this includes her music btw, Otomeroid was a dud. However, the zatsu last week was great and she was talking about stuff to look forward to, so I felt positively. None of that happened, although the karaoke was nice because we saw her sing new songs and have fun with the dogs. Ultimately, the honeymoon period is over and I'm waiting to see any indication of improvement and if it's worth it to stick around.

Whether any of this stuff is caused by insecurity, disorganization, or mental illness is irrelevant. What matters is results. All this supposed bts stuff hasn't amounted to anything worthwhile yet and what I do see isn't impressive.
