In case if you don't know live2D technologies are not that far. Most live2D models only react to:
1. Mouth being opened closed
2. Eyes being opened/closed
3. Face movement (what moves body with it)
4. Eyebrows position.
That's it. Most of chuubas have their "emotions" under hot keys even most basic one's like sadness and angry emotion. Keify models looks good cause he utilizes body movement like no one else.
If anything i think Botan's and Nene's mouth tracking is good cause most of the time even it's fails to get catched properly.
If we include 3D like already mentioned whoever does these same facy GirlDM, Nyanners, Snuffy models does pretty good job at face tracking.

You say "hotkey" like it is something incapable for software to emulate.

Dynamic models already exist. They already exist in Hololive and Nijisanji, in fact. Both have a freeform mode for recognition, but most don't use it because they prefer the fixed emotions.
Nijisanji only just recently started rolling out theirs, Hololive added it the other year.
