i haven't tried it yet with sdxl. but i have tried it a bit with 1.5, if i remember correctly it was a version of tiled upscale.
tiled upscale is good if you want to upscale to a size that's too big for your memory, but it can lose coherency if denoise is too high because it's only working on one small part at a time

I think it works great like other said you do have to lower the strength a but to get the outfit to stop bleeding but honestly I think that's probably the best way to do it imo (helps with outfit accuracy and felxibility). If I could give one advice would be to lower the network dim if you do another one, you probably don't need that much for a character.

Yeah I honestly didn't think much of it. Trying again, tetting Gura to have a tail with pitm is very finicky. Shark girl sometimes gives her different shark features, shark tail adds a shark tail to everything.
