There are lots of apps that will do that for you. The ones I see require you to run something on your desktop and an app on your mobile device and let it sync the designated files.

Some of these appear to be shitty and are a glorified cloud storage solution but several appear to do what you want to do. Just gotta find the conversation file/folder
