I feel this year Sora wanted to show how much she improved with her dancing and her performances in Fes are the result. She was much more graceful with her choreography this year in both of her numbers.
I was going to say that she performed Yukkuri Hasireba too recently in First Gravity, but re-watching that now there's a big difference in her performance, this one was Sora at her full power.
