Doki won't save Elira because she has no reason to. They weren't close in NijiEN to begin with and barely did one on ones collabs after Battleducks when Obysdia debuted.
That said, if ever there was a good time to call in a favor to Matara, now would absolutely be the time. Because things are probably going to get very bad for Elira and her clique very fast now that they've fucked with Anycolor's money. Funny as it is, there is no way Elira is anywhere near as guilty in whatever is happening with the stock at the moment. There's only so much power a single talent can have. Doki, assuming all the rrats are false and she would want to, can't save her without making herself liable. Eliminating suspects from a pool that small still leaves you liable if any of the remainder are are harmed, even if only by their own assesment.

Pomu can't help her without getting canceled on Twitter, which is the closest thing she has to anything satisfying the streamer itch at the moment. She's avoiding sticking her neck out for a reason, and just wants to get through school.

MataraKan and Kuro have likely both been forbidden from getting involved with the NijiDrama in any way by Gunrun. He may not exercise the control over his livers that Niji does, but I doubt either of them would go against any such advice coming from him at this point, and it almost certainly has.

Elira can't save herself until she gets out of Japan, as she could easily get served for a defamation case there if she said anything disparaging about Niji, which would be more or less required for her to redeem herself, in addition to the inevitable termination and the huge financial penalty that could easily come with it, even if they'd have a harder time collecting on that in Canada. It'd certainly fall under the Japanese law of "betrayal".

So I'm afraid Elira is screwed for the time being. Whether that's cause for sadness or celebration varies quite a bit from person to person right now, and I myself am simply uncertain. Save for the fact that Doki seems to have survived it and is thriving, it's just a sad situation all around that can likely only be resolved by the branch folding. Whether it does or not, I suspect Elira's career in any form online media is over for the rest of her life, but I'm not sure how much of the blame for that lies on her and how much goes to NijiEN. The latter party is certainly not innocent, as any talent agency worth existing should have stopped her from making the black screen video, even if she begged them to do it.

If she is innocent, it's a sad state of affairs indeed.

Elira, Millie, and Enna's reputations among the Vtubing and streaming community are completely tarnished, as are any attempts made by any of the to reincarnate when/if they leave Niji, with their only prospects of improving relying on Doki forgiving or clarifying, which she won't do unless she has to like with the black stream
Matara, meanwhile, has been doing fine. No sub loss, no backlash, no real questionings of her culpability in the bullying aside from here, and the company she's apart of shows (via the Froot collab) that they lean more towards Doki, and she's probably smart enough to realize that, at best, her positive words towards the Clique girls wouldn't affect anything (as mentioned, only Doki's would realistically do anything positive) and at worst throw her into the eyes of the internet mob searching for how involved she was in the bullying

I don't think she's dead. Kiara mentioned her recently in her membership stream IIRC, and Kiara is the last person to beat around the bush in regards to certain topics. Plus, if Elira IS dead, then it would have a lot of negative implications on the vtubing industry as a whole. It would reflect very poorly on Anycolor, its talents, and for other vtubers to essentially pretend that she was alive this entire time despite the fact that her body was not only ice cold but is now also decomposing. If the public were to find out about that, it would be a nightmare to deal with.
And there's also the question about whether or not a case like that would break international headlines, too. "Canadian influencer living in Japan mysteriously turns up dead, online influencers friends pretended she was alive for __ weeks/months" would be a fairly sensational story, and the last thing anyone working in the industry wants is for this to be how Uncle Bob or Aunt Barbara learn about "vee-toobing".

My read on Matara is that like a cockroach she's a highly adaptable person that learns from her mistakes. Her content before joining Nijisanji was polarizing, so she dropped that kind of content and tried to find out what people wanted while in Nijisanji only to accidently anger the sisters. When she redebuted in Vshojo she was overly cautious for months until she was confident she learned about Twitch vtuber culture.
