I know but I don't really like using Animagine. That lora has a hard time getting the outfit right, the hat and shoes should have a white fluff not a rose and the stockings never come out correctly.
Probably because it was made using screenshots from the MV, used it to make a few images for the dataset though.

It's really simple these days
1. Download a UI and run the installer (e.g. stable-diffusion-webui-forge)
2. Download a model (e.g. AutismMix SDXL from Civitai) and put it in the model folder (e.g. models/Stable-diffusion)
3. Download a VAE (e.g. sdxl_vae.safetensors from HuggingFace) and put it in the vae folder (e.g. models/VAE)
4. Run the UI (run.bat)

From there you just write a prompt describing what you want to see and hit "Generate". You can also copy other anons' prompts and settings from the PNG Info tab if you drag in a catboxed image.

Training isn't as simple compared to generating images. You can use kohya_ss if you want a GUI that can use to train locally. Though, I haven't done it in over a year, SDXL training takes too long on my ancient GPU.
A lot of people do training using google colab notebooks, but I've barely looked into it

Did anyone have any success marrying IP Adapter to modern SDXL checkpoints like Pony?
I tried to put together a flow in ComfyUI, failed miserably. It was at first bitching about mismatch between Float and Half somewhere in the attention stage. I kludged together a "fix" by casting the offending data to Half, now the pipeline runs but the output is unusable garbage. Without IP Adapter, the Pony model seems to work decently well.
Does that garbage output stuff normally happen when applying IP Adapter to a checkpoint it wasn't trained with, or is there some fuckery in my setup?

Seems like you can do just about anything as long as you put a BREAK between each action. The order and layout is still completely random of course, but all of these images were sequential with no crazy anatomical horror so I'll count this battle as won.

Observations are roughly the same. Middle 3 layers can be given all to pony during the merge. It will improve subtle details like breasts being bigger and more squishy. Input layers affect the style and anatomy, output layers affect contrast and character knowledge. But don't take my word for granted as I'm not an expert at merging and didn't get to sample a lot for each setting.

A discrepancy in what I wrote, which I realized just now, the input layers might affect how the style is applied and the output might affect the artist knowledge. But they all play a role in the overall merge anyway. Without individual block tuning it's hard to figure out.
