Okay, realistically speaking how long can AnyColor still operate and weather all the shitstorm before either: Riku goes "fuck this shit I'm out" and uses the Golden Parachute or the inevitable crash finally destroys the company.
How long do they have?

>> No.71263432

two more weeks

>> No.71263477

riku has already moved on, you should too

>> No.71263681

Nigger there isn't going to be some titanic-like end to the yacht, it's going to be a slow and steady decline until the branch is no longer profitable to Riku, which will still take a long time if NijiID is any indication, as it would require 2-view territory across the board.
What you can expect is that rather than trying to "revive" the branch with new projects (let along management overhaul LMAO) you're going to see even less effort put into it.
The livers will be left to rot on their own. Which is not only deserved, they can just leave if they don't like it according to le retard

I woudl say this but nah. The stocks are suffering in an absurd manner. This was the perfect storm, cucking a massive operation to inject liquidity and almost turning it into a mess.
Riku may have 3 more months as Q4 is gonna look grim as fuck. May decide to not put the effort into the next quarter and sell now with all the money, someone else takes the hot potato.

Then the buyer will be the one to decide.

The Japs are fucking retarded and barely know what's happening overseas, they took months to even realize the Selen yab wasn't about Selen being the "bad guy"

The only thing that will really continue impacting them are actual boycotts from non-literalwhos such as the Hyde merch cancellation and getting kicked from off-kai

>> No.71265675

>>71263416
I'd like to see them persist and see what kind of amusing yab they'd inevitably get themselves into next. Maybe one of the organs actually gets driven insane?
Nijisanji fans were insufferable, but now that they're permanently fractured the loyalists are like the Team Rocket of vtubing and kinda endearing in their flopping state.

Except they know cuck, even the investors in the chats are preparing to ask "how much EN will decline". Everyone knows it has been a shitstorm.
Riku may save himself because they still believe JP to be a cashcow, but EN is an issue they expect to be adressed. My bet is on folding it and rebranding it, that's why the infinite collabs with JP. Males redebut as SEA and females we will see.

>> No.71265835

If Riku had a change of character and tried to improve things then stockholders would sell because that would cost money.

Anycolor is a billion dollar company.
Think about that for a second then rethink your question.

>> No.71265940

They will probably just stop debuting new waves and let the branch die naturally, like nijiID. A few years atleast

Like a minimum of 7 years until all vtubers are considered a thing of the past and a dead business.

Only a retard would think that the drama of a branch of a company that still exists today would affect the main company.

I'm sorry to say that the drama is over, most react drama youtubers move on to the next juicy drama, all you have left is grifter trying to get clout from the scraps of this drama and dedicated dramatubers like FalseEyeD

I think today is gonna be Nijisanji's Groundhog day to say the least. If Riku sees his shadow (doesn't sell) you'll basically have your six weeks of winter (though it's more likely 6 months of NijiEN.) If he sells/doesn't see his shadow? NijiEN folds before summer ends, hell maybe even before it begins. JP has two years minimum barring a selen sized yab there

>> No.71268310

>>71263416
>Anycolor
They aren’t going anywhere in the foreseeable future, JP still maintains a decent amount of success even if they’ve declined significantly.
>NijiEN
Really depends on how the restructuring goes, Riku seemed to imply that change will come to EN, but who knows whether or not they’ll actually deliver. If nothing changes livers will keep pouring out while the standard for new hires decreases, but some of their chuubas likely don’t believe they can make it on their own and will continue to work for Niji until it doesn’t pay the bills anymore. I don’t see NijiEN collapsing until the more successful members leave. Theres a significant gap in viewership between someone like Enna or Aia so if the top members begin to feel like Niji isn’t worth it the revenue will grind to a screeching halt for the whole branch, that would be the death nail.

If Riku is going to golden parachute out, he has to have his shares sold prior to the release of the Q4 results. The Q4 figures will cover the period starting February 1, and February is the month when the impact of Pomu leaving and Selen's termination will hit. My expectation is the EN results will be catastrophically bad, and that will almost certainly trigger a gigantic stock selloff. I don't know exactly when the Q4 results will be released, sometime in late May or early June probably. If Riku is leaving we'll probably hear about it before then.

If he sells as expected, we have NO IDEA what will happen to Nijisanji because we don't know what the new owners will do with it. We could see a major reorganization and rebranding in an effort to turn the company around, or we could see them continue to be mismanaged into the ground.

As it's presently constituted, Niji EN cannot continue - morale is super-low, and many of their vTubers have super-low view counts. They need to graduate everyone who is unhappy and wants out (basically every female Liver except maybe the clique), and just keep Vox and a few of the other high-view male Livers. They will then need to rebrand the survivors as something new and essentially redebut everyone in an attempt to turn the page.

If things continue as they are and nothing changes and Riku rides this all the way to the bottom, then I think EN folds in very late 2024 or early 2025, with JP staggering along for a couple more years. But I don't think that's how things will play out; I think the company is going to be sold and then it's anyone's guess as to what happens.

Anycolor is still making a fuck ton of money.
Basically, as long as livers in Japan continue as they are, Anycolor can flourish forever. There have been cracks with Chihiro leaving and being able to maintain practically the same viewership as an indie, but until other more prominent livers follow her, Anycolor has a very good thing going (in Japan).

I would give it one more year, the financial results are gonna be astronomically different between two companies once the US branch is online. You can only do so much with a skeleton crew for your foreign branch. On top of all that, their chances of acquiring new talents will be very difficult considering everything that has happened.

>> No.71270192

>>71263416
Who cares, nijitranny is already dead they will never gain mainstream success ever again.
They were already in the shitter before the Selen shitshow, normies will never care again, they will never gain new fans or achieve new growth. Releasing more waves of intestine organs will only make them get close to unprofitable 2view territory. At best they will keep their 1 to 5 Finana's of viewership until they start graduating one after the next.

>> No.71274202

It won't collapse... the worst that can happen, is for Niji to abandon the EN market, and just focus fully on the domestic market

They're already insane enough to think the way to fix a predictably bad reaction to publicly attacking a popular suicide vic, is to do it all over again, except on the air and naming names the second time around.

And I think they are STILL insane enough to believe the secret to getting the public back on their side is to completely destroy Doki's reputation. Certainly the Sisters seem to believe it. The whole lot live in an sheltered reality of their own design so divorced from any knowledge of how people work as to make them a danger to themselves and everyone around them. The only saving grace is a lot of the sisters are paid to act insane.

But yeah, if they are allowed to keep going as they are, the next yab is going to be either a successful suicide or a successful murder, given how quick they are to put their talents lives in danger and end their careers in media for life by pointing hundreds of thousands of angry fans their way and how many of their insane fans want Doki dead.

When it finally happens it'll fuck up the whole industry like you wouldn't believe, so it's much better that they die sooner than later, and act as an object lesson to all the other corpos, both current and future.

>> No.71276543

I think they are done with Doki. They have tried the same thing of Sayu and it backfired so horribly they burned millions and made them look utterly incompetent even in Japan.
Most of their talents are now inevitably compromised, literally shooting the EN expansion into the foot while everyone else grows.
The problem is that's just valid for Doki. They will have no trouble continuing their indentured servitude with everyone else they get their hands on, so the only correct way is the usual "vote with your wallet" and make sure everyone has an idea who they are supporting, choking their ability to bring their filth oversea.

As for the Japanese, they are still figuring out idols, don't expect them to figure Vtubers first.
