Deists were also a thing and were ambiguous at best. Many of the founding fathers of the US were deist IIRC as it was trendy at that time and is one of the reasons there is explicit wording about separation of church and state, which christcucks today have severe blindness towards and think being religious is a fundamentally patriotic thing. It never was. Lots of settlers were super religious but the government was actually the opposite of what you would have expected from that background.
